This day had 2 sides: Richards - the main event, star of the show, incredibly strong and determined, able to push beyond his own limits, and Susan - support crew and photographer. Susan: After a little bit of duty free shopping (Swatch watch and speakers) in Livigno, Susan's day travelled pretty much the same path as Richard however in a car. Another beautiful day but a change of plans. The walks we were going to to today and tomorrow can't be done because they were both above the current snow line and the walking paths are closed. But not to be deterred, Greg has plans for alternative walks. All dinners at this guest house are included and we had a beautiful meal last night - meats from the farm set in aspic which was delicious, chicken broth with dumplings and then a choice of veal or fish and I ...
