Once we reached the lake, we jumped onto a boat for our tour to start. The tour was fantastic! We first went to a floating island, which was a great experience. It was really cool seeing how the local peruvians lived and their customs. The way they had created a floating island was so clever. I even got a chance to row one of their dragon boats, really cool.

The good thing is I met a bunch of people new and old ran into Daniel again that I met in Coquimbo and Sucre, some Danish girls from Sucre and many new people but it seems everyone knows everyone! Its so cool because in Europe you really won’t see the same people and your more secluded here it feels like you have friends everywhere you go!
