... effect on the human body, an art exhibition I could appreciate. The preservation of bodies is an incredible feat of human ingenuity and it allowed me to instantly appreciate something I took months to underatand when I learnt it at school. We wondered around after and had some lunch then went to the museum of Amsterdam which was interesting and well done.

I write this over a cup of tea, looking forward to a steak and the Chelsea game and a spliff. (only joking mum)

... sex show. It was absolutely ******* down rain in the city, most of us bought an umbrella and made our way to the show. I spent €5 on a freaking "I love Amsterdam" umbrella that didn't even hold up. Biggest waste of money ever! We walked into the sex show and were given a penis shaped lolly pop. ... welcomed me with a glass of water, a glass of wine, a snack, and good conversation, after which I got settled into my little utility flat. (Did I mention this is at the top of the building, 60 stairs, and no elevator? I thought longingly of the baggage lockers…) I am very comfortable in this sweet little nest, and I look forward to whatever surprises today brings.
