Waking up was tough after the late night but pulled through..barely. Our first stop of the morning was a clog and cheese farm in Edam. It's about a 30 min drive away and the whole trip took about an hour and a half. The cheese presentation is about 10 min and then you get to sample all the cheese...which was all very very good. The clog presentation was interesting and the guy going it was quite funny. We ended up buying a couple blocks of cheese ...
