    ... botanical garden. Zargreb is so much nicer than Belgrade, brighter, with more feeling of space and the drivers actually stop for you at crossings. I expect the weather helped. In Belgrade we sweltered, here we could walk in comfort in the balmy air. But there was something more in the air here, more relaxed than Belgrade, somehow just a more comfortable place to be.     This was written after Klagenfurt, but I am making two posts for the 14th - when I went to S&C.     ... past all the sites on the map including walking round their gothic style cathedral in Kaptol, passing through the Stone Gate, admiring Lotrščak Tower and wandering round the many squares of the city.
