The side altars, at least 8, were in marble and adorned with statues and other religious items. The main alter was splendid and what was even more special, was the tomb of a Bishop. We headed out for dinner and enjoyed a smorgasbord of fresh seafood (tuna, mussels, prawns and sea bass). Prior to ordering they brought the fresh fish to show us what we could order. Filled to the brim with Omega 3 we headed back to our place. On our way Ryan and I began to ...

... just a short summer shower and by them time we’d been round the village the rain had stopped.

We then doubled back to where we’d been earlier and were taken to a restaurant for an early dinner. It was perched on a hilltop and quite steep climb – but helped us earn our supper! We were greeted with a little glass with a drink like schnapps and some bread and salt. Then we were taken inside and up to the first floor ...
