... I got in the water and dramatically needed a dump. In the water I pulled down my trunks and unleashed the devil inside me. It floated off into the Indian Ocean. Daddy and Edie were falling about with laughter in the boat and the paddle man didn’t know what was going on.

Afterwards it was daddy’s turn to look after Lily when Edie, mummy and I went back to the school. It was a school. ...

... factories with 200 women working there. We were shown the dying of the silks and cottons and then walked around the women, and men, weaving the most intricate and stunning cloth. We were shown the store room of spools of silks and cotton. It was like a spice market. We had to purchase, how could you not?

We spent time around the pool and Ian and Virginia had a massage. Lunch was chilled tomato ...

We left Delhi at 7am and drove to Delhi airport for our flight to Indore. Nothing really to report here except the airplane felt like it was from a cartoon movie with propellers.

On arrival at Indore we were driven through the countryside of Maheshwar via two cars for two and half hours later. We arrived at a fort and we were all confused. Our drivers did not speak any English and were beckoning us to follow. We all thought we were visiting a shrine which ...

The 23hour train journey to Udaipur was split up by an over night stop in Indore. On arrival we were disappointed as it turned out to be another busy city lacking character or anything of interest to us, making us all the more eager to leave Madhya Pradesh the next day. Whilst I booked our onward train, Carl was becoming disheartened looking round quite a lot of hotels for somewhere at least half clean to stay - ...

... ourselves for round 2. Once again for food display was just boggling. The amount of food on offer was just too confusing for our full bellies.

But we gave it our best shot!

Just to say we had had another terrific day with our new friends in the city of Indore.

Until we came here we had never heard of Indore nor knew anyone here.

So a BIG "Thank You" to Sunil, MJ, Ashish and Diksha especially, for making our visit so memorable.
