WOOF!...........its 1750 local time and we are sitting in our 5th Floor room (502) in the Hotel Grand "ZVON" in picturesque Cesky Budejovice, South Bohemia. Neddy's mileage shows 825 since leaving Epsom on Thursday. I have used about 2 tanks of petrol so not too bad. Up early, breakfast and off for Vienna! About 1 1/2 hr drive on bus til first stop! Perfect travel day as it is raining! Our first stop was along the road for a quick stretch! We love this resort so much that we decided to stay another day and night. The photos of Pocatky were taken from a 16th. century bell tower. We were inside at 12 noon but the bells didn't ring. Thank goodness.
