... rest of the afternoon on deck and watched the riggers strike the sails. (I learned that it is called "strike the sails" when they take them away.)

After dinner we went to the lido bar where we enjoyed the performance of the "Sea Cloud Shanties". The crew dressed up and sang sea shanties in English, German and Filipino. It was a lot of fun.
