Day 297 - Out of the Rain
... overpriced and we negotiated a decent rate at a 2 star that lived up to its name. It was simple and in need of a reno but clean, dry and safe; it even had wifi from the reception so we were good.
EXPECTED:

We on the other hand were delayed trying to get a foccocia to go, and missed our train back to La Spezia. the next train would not arrive for an hour, and we did not have time to walk to the next town and catch the same train Jim and Phyllis planned to catch. Rain on the Riviara
... t stop all the way to La Spezia. We found the aire, although it was more of a campervan storage site which allowed campervans to park overnight for a donation. It was right on the dockside so the view left a lot to be desired but as we were only staying one night and it was raining anyway it didn't really matter!
