Enkele kleine eigenaardigheden:
* Bij sommige winkels (bv autodealers) halen ze de vlaggen`s avonds naar beneden, en rollen ze ze mooi op. Ze zouden wel eens kunnen verslijten :)
* Veel drijft hier op vrijwilligerswerk, gepensioneerde Japanners raken misschien niet gewend aan opeens wel vrije tijd hebben, en blijven zich inzetten als gids, oppas op straat, oppas in de parkjes enz.
* Bij de foto`s zit nog een kleine analyse van 3 Japanse stereotypes ...

Then we drove to Kagoshima where we went to this beautiful garden which was more of a park then a garden. You could spend a whole day in there and get lost! There where a couple of museums included in the entry price which were across the road which of course we went to.

... direct mee aan de thee. We waren blij om zo'n welkom te krijgen in ons kleine pensionnetje. Zelfs de poederthee die we aangeboden kregen dronken we op, hoewel we die absoluut niet lusten. Er werden ook snoepjes en chips aangebracht. De uitbater van het pension verontschuldigde uitgebreid voor het slechte weer, alsof het zijn schuld was. Heute sind wir nach _Aoshima gefahen. Surferparadis Japans und so. Lauter verfallene Hotels, indenen man super Horror Movies spielen koennte.
