This morning we are on our way to Grant County
In the morning we left Indianapolis and made our way to Grant County, which includes Marion,
where I was born, Fairmount, where Mom was born, and Jonesboro, where Dad lived from mid-grade school age through high school before joining the Air Force.
After checking into the hotel we drove to Carol Sue's house. She only
goes by Carol now, but I can't seem to call her just "Carol." She ...
... and I scooped her up. From now on someone holds the dogs whenever the slide out is in motion. Wow - years off our lives. We watched the Lego movie in the RV that night (not my fave). The next morning the KOA had FREE all u can eat pancakes and sausage! Yummmmm!! Beth and Kyle came out again and since Beth had been with us last season when we were in Kokomo, she came in clown to work the midway and make Tom's daughter Aggy smile (Aggy LOVED her last year). They followed us out to the secondary lot so that Beth could get out of makeup and hang out a little bit more.
Tomorrow is Oxford and then a day off! I can't wait!!
... operate in the afternoon when the seas are not in a favorable mood. So, plan your trip in such a way so that you can you can arrive on the islands in the morning and go for excursions too. Be ready for lots of bargaining with the excursion boat owners, unless of course you have everything prearranged by your tour operator. Getting your Ballestas tour planned by your travel agency will save a lot of hassles on the trip.
