In the morning we left Indianapolis and made our way to Grant County. After checking into the hotel we drove to Carol Sue's house. She only goes by Carol now, but I can't seem to call her just "Carol." She has a lovely home and it was just like old times seeing her. We drove to The Hostess House in Marion to have lunch. Max carried a chair through the store that I had picked up to buy until he realized that he could make that ...

Then we drove to a local church and attended worship services, then drove home :) What dangers lie ahead for our next trip? Strong winds? Life threatening slide-outs? Who ...

Best day yet! It didn't start out that way though…

We drove into North Manchester (fun fact: in 1997, I drove to this town with my parents to check out Manchester College. I had been accepted here and at Huntington College and I was trying to decide where I’d go. I ended up going to Huntington but always loved this town and its school.) early in the morning and found ourselves getting wedged into a parking lot while Tavo and Alex tried to figure out where the ...
