Tarquinia- founded at the end of the Bronze Age in 12th century BC, later home to the Tarquin Kings of Rome. It now boasts a medieval walled town and Tarquinia Necropolis, given Unesco status in the 90's. A quick clean through Dream Catcher before leaving Rome. We paid for the camping and drove out yo the supermarket for a few supplies.
