... dinner was prepared for us and we shared our days events with Steve and Jeanette as we ate.
After dinner the three of us decided to take Baxter for a walk on the trails that were situated behind the estate. A good 2 hours was spent wandering through cacti, sand, and beautiful desert landscape. After our adventurous walk we take it easy around the house and catch-up with Jeanette and Steve before heading to bed.

We went back to our rooms and changed again and met everyone else at the bar for the crew disco. The first couple hours were so boring. Nobody danced and the music sucked. A few people finally got up and started dancing alone and it wasn't long before about 100 crew were all squished together dancing our hardest! So.Much.Fun. I was beat by the end of the disco and my bed was never more welcoming. ...
... early but also wanted to avoid all the traffic. The starts were the most congested parts of the rally but at nights when boats were bunched up close by were the worst. Sailing in the dark with 160 boats all around was not for the faint of heart. Surprisingly, more than one sailor either didn’t know or didn’t follow the rules of the road as they apply on the water. Also there were quite a few boats that for unknown reasons didn’t appear ...
