    ... attractive avenue, lined with tall Palm trees, and a wide stream running through town. There were some tourists, but not many. We shopped for some toiletries we needed, and looked for a suitcase. We got the former, but even at 50%25 off the suitcases were too expensive.     We then had a walk around Perpignan. It isn't a big city. But being a medieval city and there being a settlement dating back to roman times, it does have character. It is also a big Rugby stronghold and there are reminders of the city Rugby team, USA Perpignan, everywhere.

    ... There was also another building that looked like the Pantheon and not sure what that was either. So many beautiful buildings everywhere in the centre of Paris. They seem to be divided into pie sectors, so there are funny shaped buildings and 5 or 6 streets all coming together at a point on a roundabout. It was very evident when we were up the Eiffel Tower.     Up 6 am. To shower and get ready for Tai Chi. This morning we were able to do our Tai Chi on the terrace overlooking the village. It was so beautiful seeing the sun rise as we did our Silk Coiling and exercises. Then back to the house and quickly put some breakfast together.
