... a beer. We then jumped back in with the crowd and head down the mountain where the view changes from snow capped mountains to luscious green valleys. We got back into Lucerne around 4pm and decided to head to the lake side park. Kingrock went for a swim while I chilled in the shade with a cold drink. We spent the arvo relaxing in the park before grabbing some dinner on the way back to our hostel. Our last night in Lucerne before heading further south down to ...

Most of their houses are built in the traditional Swiss style and there are small nurseries all over the place where you can buy plants and seedlings for your window boxes. Titlis. The sky was filled with clouds ...

... were looking pretty good. I met up with Phillip at a bar and he convinced me that I needed to organise an avalanche beacon so we could go of piste the next day.
To wake up and see a whole bunch of fresh snow and blue skies is a dream come true, this was not what happened. The fresh snow was there but it was foggy again, I was too excited about the snow to care and anyway I had to meet Phillip and some Americans at the gondola so we could be one of the first up ...
