    ... house for ever and a day. Anyway we got across the border and managed to eventually get to our motel foyer a ten minute water taxi ride. The motel was built in the 16th century and I think that it us the ducks guts. We had dinner at a nice little restaurant and now we are kicking back enjoying a cuppa and not doing a great deal else.     ... lunchtime and after this we wandered around many speciality boutiques. By this time the queues were tool long to go into the Basilica, Campanile, Clock tower and Bell Tower. Again I may do some of those at the end of October. Looking forward to returning to Venice with Eraine. The next part of our trip starts tomorrow - heading for the Dolomites 10 Day trek.     ... margherita just around the corner, we took the soccer ball, and there were some other kids out with theirs, so we set the boys free and had a beer. Well the other kids came up to ask them to play, although they spoke no English, I think they ended up organizing the four of them vs. Kurt and karl...     ... a 20:57 train to Vienna tonight. We got to the station a little early but we bought some food and waited im the cafeteria of the station. A bit of confusion over the tickets as they had different seat numbers than were indicated on our receipt. Anyway it all worked out well. We had booked a deluxe sleeper cabin wich means that you get your own toilet and shower. With Pamela in the condition she we thought it best that she be able to call when she wants to.
