... we found all the 20-30 somethings on Saturday night at a craft brewery and restaurant called Antares. We ordered 2 tasting paddles so that we could sample all 8 of their beers before going back to order pints of our favourites! Even though the wine has been delicious, it was good to have a night back on the beers. We ate and drank and played cards until they kicked us out! ... see why. However, given the combination of the coolish weather and the freezing temp of the water in the Atlantic Ocean, a swim just ain't gonna happen. At least not here. We will have plenty of opportunity in Brazil.

For some reason it very much reminds me of English seaside resorts with its brown sand, and approx 1000 umbrellas and canvas beach huts all set up for holidaymakers to hire. Even the pier is similar to the ones ...

We got up fairly early and headed to the nice beach we visited a few days ago. The weather was a little overcast this morning but was forecast to brighten up later in the afternoon. This would be our last day here in Mar del Plata before going to Buenos Aires.
