... pot for all the things we have seen and heard on our tour. My paraphrase goes like this – the Parthenon was built by the ancient Athenians, destroyed by the Persians, rebuilt by the Greeks, taken over by the Romans, the Crusaders and the Turks, and finally won back by the Greeks, though we don’t talk about the time of the Dictator. We took a taxi back to the station because we left the concert just after sundown. We made it easily back to the Syntagma station, and waited for our bus home with Cookie gelato in hand.

special so we found this nice looking Greek restaurant. Ordered the
platter for two and it turned out to have enough meat to feed four!!!
We did our best to complete it but even though we were starving
before dinner, we could ...

... big bed, hot shower, wifi, power, beauty therapist.... It was amazing, a felt all those 5 stars & they were worth every cent (99E actually big bargain). Next day @ 9pm I catch flight to ATHENS.

I arrive in Athens at 1am in the morning. Catch a cab to my hostel which was quite easy. While driving through Athens I realise how broke this place actually is. Looks like a bomb hit it, covered in graffiti, rubbish everywhere etc. everything was ...
