Beard Moving on from Paraty, to Florianopolis, Tash and I broke our bus-cherries, as we embarked upon the first of many overnight trips by bus. We'd been anticipating this with excitement but also slight trepidation, as the buses in Brazil are said to be the most uncomfortable across the continent. ... have it that Lee was booked into the same hostel as us at Barra Lagoa so rather than get another bus we went 3 ways on a taxi.

Arrived at Hostel 'Backpackers Sharehouse' and it is right on the beach. Both of us were so excited to see sand and sea again. Seems a long time ago we properly got some beach action in. It's a lovely little resort here. Nice beach, few bars and restaurants. At reception ...

... hour after I arrived a girl was holding a yoga class so I attended. I've been really slacking on yoga the last few months. I've hardly been doing it at all whereas before I would get up and do it even on a hangover. It was so nice and made me remember what I love about yoga. Turns out I was sharing a room with the yoga teacher. We had dinner together that night and talked yoga. I felt really motivated to start up again and the next morning I got up ...
