    ... loved to walk through apart from the sheep's heads. We rode a cable car up to Montjuic to see the Castell de Montjuic. The Castell is impressive at the top and the views over the city were spectacular. We met an Australian couple who had flown in the night before and had booked a 24 day cruise around the med for her 60th. They were in la la land a bit as still quite jet lagged.     To the old phrase " only mad dogs and Englishman go out in the midday sun", you may add KNBC cyclists. We headed off from Argele sur mer about 8 and headed down the coast.     ... curves - so annoying! Once we crossed into Spain the road became smoother, and the climbs seemed steeper, but the corresponding reward was long, sweeping downhills that were a joy to sail through. I even got to see the villa where Franco used to summer. - you know the area is beautiful when a dictator chooses to spend time there.
