Jaipur - the Pink City
... along a band and were dancing in the street. Some of our tour group joined in - it was a very happy scene, among the mostly chaotic scenes (to my eyes)of the city street. After the walk, we went to the Shre Carpet & Textile Mahal - a rug and textile store. We had a small demo of rug making and block printing on textiles. They had some lovely silk fabric.
For dinner, we just went to the hotel cafe as we were too tired to actually venture out ...
