... none at all. I know that's unbelieveable, but it's true. I loved the location of our room, but staying somewhere for 4 nights is a bit different than staying for just two nights. (Terry) Today we leave Cortina and the mountains (and cold) behind and head to Venice. It is a long, mostly downhill drive, from nearly 2000 M to sea level. We have arranged to pick up Doreen and Peter at one of the service centres near Conegliano, not very far north of Venice. Doreen's cousin Maria Luisa takes them there. The trucks are packed tight on the decks, Guiseppe, our tour guide, told usthat trucking is the main way products are moved in Europe. It seems theexpense of shipping these trucks from Greece to Italy would be prohibitive, itsure would be in Canada, but maybe they get good rates.
