... When the pasta arrived, the waiter asked again, "4?" and we were like OMG, hell no! lol We walked around the square at the city centre and to the Geology alley before going to supermarket for some water and snacks for the overnight train and we had dinner at the train station. The dumplings here are the same as the Chinese dumplings except they use mayonaise instead of soy sauce and vinega. We had a shower at the lounge before boarding the train which was late for 2 minutes.

Day 3 on The Trans Siberian
... Time. The train will finally arrive in Moscow at 1400 Moscow time. I went to the dining cart at around 1330 Moscow time while it was closed while the staff were having their lunch. I got yelled at by the Vampire but then Big Lady responded by saying that it was ok. A different look
... a few stations before we reached Ekaterinberg, on one we braved to get out and have a wander. A few people selling pictures of icons and things, I did manage to find one lady selling food and drink and got some mini croissants, which made good for breakfast, and got a coffee off the cabin supervisor on the train, so we were good to go! Generally the cabins on the train are quite warm, though there is usually a bit of a draught through the windows. The stop we had been at had made ...
Yekateringburg
... we were sat with the most ignorant group of men - none of whom could or were interested in speaking to us. They sat in their stinking vests being generally obnoxious the entire journey. No one spoke to us - although I'm sure some disparaging remarks were made about us by most other folk on the train.
