Last day on the road
... it was now 8 pm and we were take to check in and meet up with Rino and his dedicated Assistant, translator and friend Samuela. The meal featured seafood but they were very aware of my special needs and plenty on vegetarian options were given. Most notable of the seafood were the giant Mantis shrimp. ... 1 or 2 euros and with that we purchased some beverages to make a fruit punch, some crisps and nibbles, a birthday cake and of course some balloons! He had been out during the day with his family who had come over to visit and so he was extremely shocked to walk down the stairs on his return and be greeted with 25 people holding glasses of vino and cheering for him!
