    ... was not crowded, giving us a chance to explore some of the beautiful old buildings and shops! We had an hour after the tour to explore the area and we soon found a little cafe and enjoyed a yummy pizza and a couple of pints of the local beer - excellent!

    ... some time in the city, getting very comfortable with the transport system. Got picked up by our friends and taken to an eclectic restaurant which is very famous, so famous I cannot remember it's name, but it did have pictures of numerous actors, singers etc who went there.     Arrived in Vienna overnight and awoke to a sunny morning. We set out early for a city tour - 1st by bus and then walking. This looks like an incredible city with many museums and other interesting sites. Public transit looks quite good as well. We will need to put a multi-day visit on our "bucket list."
