... Jess and Rowan. It was a lot of fun and I met a bunch of cool people. I also tried absinthe for the first time last night. I don't know what I was expecting to taste like... But I was surprised. It was almost ouzo like. Other notes... I think I got a spider bite on my finger. We finally got some rain! I'm going to Berlin tonight! I've been traveling for over a month already! ... the hotel car to Old Town, a wise decision. We wandered around finding most places were booked solid- it's a German holiday this weekend and apparently those crazy Germans love Prague! A bit off the square there was a cute spot- still outside but with the heaters going it wasn't bad. I had some nice dark beer and yes, it was Budweiser!! ... starting from the 1400s -- the Convent itself a work of art. A few hours later, we returned to the Old Town Square, the Astronomical Clock for the 2 pm show (got video this time), and off to find the Cafe Louvre for a very late 3 pm lunch.
