... I had a Moravian Rooster, Richard had a Brisk Negroni. The Negroni was a twist on a classic, using locally sourced spirits and with the addition of caffé casoni. The Rooster was an interesting and flavourful shot comprising thyme infused Vermouth, honey liqueur and spiced rum, served under a bell jar full of smoke from cherry wood which was piped under the glass just before serving.
