Extreamly good and nice service. Nice clean rooms and good location. A good varied buffet but could have tasted better.
I would definitely recommend this to others!

In front of me was a drive of about 150km which shouldn't have taken very long but the road was barely wide enough for two vehicles and had acute corners and hairpin bends the whole way. The ...

We arrived this afternoon after driving via Toulouse. The drive up the mountains takes two hours and is a combination of winding roads and tunnels a few times all you could see was a mountain 100 metres ahead and no obvious road until you go around a bend. It was a bit off the main road so i was pleased to see a sign stating it was open until 6 when we turned off the road at about 4.
In case I haven't mentioned it before French roads can be very narrow and some drivers very foolhardy. So, after a 30 plus minute drive along even more ...

... and Carolyn wanted to check out the places they are going to when they are here. So we went off to Vals where there is a very impressive Troglodyte Church with frescoes dating back to 1100 and access via some narrow stairs squeezed into the fissure between two enormous rock formations. There are some wonderful pieces of old furniture inside the church which are of interest too. We went on to Mirepoix which is an old medieval village where there is a ...

... here and had coffee with some other people, fixed up the internet for Jacques, gave advice on the presentation of another apartment and now the day has nearly gone and I haven't even had my shower yet. It's nearly time to prepare some food for the "apero" and have a shower and make myself respectable for the drinks.

As far as the Chateau is concerned, things are beginning to happen here. The water, electricity and telecom trench was dug and the pipes ...
