    There are three national parks heading south towards the toe of Italy and we can only find one campsite between them all. We took the scenic road through the mountains hoping that we might stumble on one but with no luck. For as far as the eye can see, there are forest clad rolling hills with the occasional village perched on a rocky promontory.

    ... I am trying to be positive but it is getting harder to do that. 16.11.14 Rovereto Italy to Murnau Bavaria. Hit the road early via the Brenner Pass to Innsbruck Austria then crossed the mountains into Germany. We changed our mind about going to France due to the weather forecast and flooding.
