... everywhere you go; just a touch overwhelming (my stardom from Munich clearly hasn't spread to Cologne just yet). He took us on a mini nighttime tour of the old town too, showing us the old Roman ruins and of course checking out the famous Dom by night. It's such an incredible building, so gothic and eerie looking but beautiful all the same.

... markets and a windmill in which a family live. They must like all the tourists who stop by to take photos. Then after dinner ventured into Amsterdam to see the "night life" along with a lot of other people, Saturday night you couldn't move. Wall to wall people. Sunday Now safely in Paris until Wednesday when we head to Singapore. Blog is not working for me can't add any more ...

... for 3 euros is really good!! Plus you even get salad and free dessert! (Yoghurt of course) haha but is quite healthy :) Last but not least. A few of the students went to the soccer (football) game next door which featured Dortmund vs FC cologne. Decided to watch it in the pub next door instead to save money but the atmosphere was pretty intense! For sure in will be going to the next one! Anyways time to eat but will update more soon. Cheers ...

... the 4th floor.

  • The hostel was really cool. All of the dorms were themed. I was in the circus room. All of the bunks were little pods and had a curtain you could draw for privacy. The beds were huge as well. A little smaller than a double.
  • I walked around outside for a while trying to find somewhere cheap to eat. I eventually found a kebab / pizza / pasta place and had some spagbol.

    ... for half the day we visit the cathedral and bridge with many locks. We visited three more Christmas markets and shopping street. There is some unique merchandise and tonight we prepare to go for rock music wine and German food! By the way, we feel like small (i.e. dwarf-like) people in Germany!
