... but as head of security I advise against it. Instead, we end up at Devesa Gardens!!! Not quite Bates's motel but very very strange indeed. The Señora in charge is a dead ringer for Eva Braun if she'd lived to 60. The charge is 35 euros for one night, Señor is beside himself but is over ruled. There is absolutely no one else on the site, I am left free to roam. The toilets and showers are newly built and of excellent quality, the water is hot and cleaners still attend. ...

... omhangen met parels en glitterstola's, en veel te lange jurken doordat ze krom liepen dus vervolgens stapten ze steeds op hun jurken, nee geeeeen gezicht!helaas geen camera mee toen, maar volg keer ga ik ze erop zetten, áls ze nog leven dan! Dineke had geen pumps, en slippers mag niet, dus die liep in sjiek jurkje mét laarzen, dus óók geeeeeen gezicht, maarja !! Wat me errug tegenviel was dat ...

... I look back. Holy ****. Those weren´t rabbits. Those were 2 big-ass rabbit-sized rats. My love for them dissapears quicker than tapas in front of a Spaniard.
...A few minutes later, when most of my disgust subsided, I couldn´t help but feel like a hypocrit.

Iceland
Breakfast on the balcony with views to the sea and mountains but it was too hot for me to sit there!
Dean and Sue wondered if we would like to go to Iceland on the way back to the boat to get some stocks. A great idea! So they took us to Iceland and we got stocked up ...
