This was our first one night stop. We had breakfast in the hotel then parked our luggage in the hotel's luggage room before walking to Legoland. Tom was like a lttle kid – grinning as we explored. Legoland turns out to be a mixture of an adventure park (aimed at smaller children) and stunning displays of Lego structures. The ferry ride was as smooth as going over. Kurt was waiting at the bottom of the gangway to meet us. He had squeezed a few minutes into his day to be there. He guided us to the train station talking as we went then helped us buy our tickets and saw us off on the train when it left a few minutes later.
