... that we had to get to our hostel were not very concise, so when we got onto the bus according to how the directions read, we took the bus to the end of the line and then catch another one to where our town was located. So we hopped on the bus and enjoyed the scenery until the end of the line. This turned out to not be entirely correct, as when we got off the bus in the chilly Austrian air, the bus route we needed was no where to be found. ...

      ... and my hiking boots!
Tuesday morning we drove to the Val da Camp (in the Bernina Pass). We parked the car and hiked in to Lungacqua Sac. Saoseo Refugio for the night. (Shane and I drove this road 7 years ago in rain so intense it was like driving on a river. The walking path we took to the lake actually begins next to the restaurant where we stopped for a rest! We had no idea of the beauty we missed.)

      Wonderful Wildspitze

      Thursday 28 August

Moved on this morning, up the Pitztal valley, just south
of Imst. Went up to the Pitztal glacier, taking the Glacier Express(tunnel
train) followed Tyrol’s highest cable car to the restaurant at 3,440m, near the
top of the Wildspitze (3,774m). Perfect weather for a day in the snow – blue
      skies and no wind.

Staying near Jerzens tonight. Had a great evening meal at
      the campsite restaurant ...

      ... of missing
      the last chair back.

We stopped off at the Mittelstation on the leg back to
Ischgl and walked down through the “Walk of Lyrics”. This was very enjoyable,
      especially the two suspension bridges.

As the weather was again not so good, we carried on down
the valley through Landeck on to Imst, checking in to the ACSI site Camping
      Imst-West.

We are now 750m and the fridge is now ...
