... out to watch the elaborate set and performers. Christine advises that there was a story within all the music and acrobatics - it was news to me. Much like the 'stories' within a Cirque show. Event was fine and I appreciated the music and the structure they performed on. The mediocre acrobatics were a bit too simple but hey I would not dare try any of it ...

... the place where people get maps if the hike closes - priceless. We bundled up and headed out hoping we would not be blown away or rained heavily upon. We saw some cows just off the path all chewing grass and making lots of noise with the bells on their necks. And a bit further north again......seeking climbing. The book says it's rich pickings around here in this small ski resort. It probably is......but we didn't hang aground to find out. It dropped to about 4 deg at night and we woke up in the clouds.......and rain. So we moved on again.
