... out. We all had an innocent, albeit foggy, evening and then walked back to Victoria's flat where we ended the night bonding over ginger tea before Andrea insisted on leaving, against our better judgement. Not before she found my shower cap and proudly modeled it for us though... Victoria and I went to sleep, or more accurately, passed out, and didn't speak again until noon the next day. I'm sorry if this is bad, I'm a bit drunk and thus unable to write to the best of my ability. We woke up last in out dorm, mainly because this one guy was snoring so loud (he is currently snoring oh my god). We got up, showered and got dressed quickly then hit the town, in search of a bike to hire. ... for breakfast. We had French toast and it was yum. We caught a canal cruise and cruised the canals for an hour. The houses are built on unstable land and many of them are leaning. We felt a real buzz as soon as we arrived in Amsterdam and love the city. We went back to the bnb and had a sleep. We walked to Anne franks house! but the line up was too long to bother visiting. We tried out some profejes, little pancakes with icing sugar and syrup. ...

... out of the canals, which are actually 2.1 meters below ocean level. Unfortunately, the windmill was not turning. We still saw the gears that transferred power down to the auger though. That night we relaxed by the canal and ate some hearty food.

Tuesday was our final day in Amsterdam. We woke up early to pack up for checkout of the hostel. Luckily we were able to stow our luggage in a holding room so that we didn’t have to lug it around ...
