... when all 3 would be busy, nor when there would be a line if they only had 1 worker. At the covered shopping area, there were people at every block holding signs that reminded people that bikes weren't allowed, which I'm sure if I would have looked was probably posted on the wall, or written on the sidewalk.

... a pot with broth. It was really yummy! Then after dinner there was a karaoke machine so everyone did some karaoke! But most of it was in Japanese and only 5 songs were in English. But it was still really funny and fun! Also today we learnt that our futon beds and hard rice pillows are actually luxury for us in Japanese standards. This is because in Japan it is the harder the better. Some pillows are made of straw or even ceramic. How horrible would that pillow be? Bye ~ ...

... another tram to Dogo Onsen. It is very famous in Japan and many people from everywhere in Japan come at New Years so it was SUPER busy. So we didn't go in because the line was too long! But outside the front of it was a little foot onsen so all of the kids and some of the adults tried it. The water was sooo warm so it was really nice. We went out to dinner at an Italian restaurant before going home. Bye ~ ...

... After that we went back to Cha Chan's house and one lady taught us how to make origami cranes. It was quite funny though because all of the Japanese people made their cranes in one minute flat and all of us Aussies took half and hour and needed their help to make one crane each!!! Then for dinner we had another huge feast of traditional Japanese New Years foods! 'Oishii ne' as the Japanese say! Bye ~ ...

... because then everyone except Billy (cause he fell asleep) went up to the local Buddhist temple at 11:45pm to watch the festivities! We all got to ring a huge bell that you could hear all through the town! Then we went into the temple and watched a little Buddhist ceremony and then we got free snacks! It was an amazing experience! By the time we got home it was 2 o'clock in the morning!!! Bye ~ ...
