    ... as it was a corner cabin and had 2 portholes, and had a great view forward.

    It was a smooth trip and we arrived on time in Igoumenista after 17.5 hours journey.

    ... it all kind of works. We made it to Berat successfully. The town seems remind us much more of South East Asia than Europe with its chaotic workings. No parking meant we headed out of town again to the nearby family run campground. Set up in their backyard the owners where more than accommodating, cooking us dinner along with the required shots of Raijka.

    ... hotel for what would only be a few hours until check out anyway. We walked across the street and knocked on the glass, rudely awakening the receptionist on the graveyard shift. He let us inside and we tried to communicate. We wanted to know how much it was for a night and if they had wifi - which would be essential for us to plan our next move.
