... ascent from the bus stop took me about 16 minutes. Once down the hill I decided to walk to Cap D'Ail which was about 1.5km. I did a bit more food shopping before deciding to check out the beach which meant another very steep descent down windy roads and then walking tracks to plage Mala where there were two restaurants meant for people other than me as they were pricey. ... roads and dramatic cliffs and drops. We are spending the night in Eze, which also has a medieval village perched on a hill. And wow, but this took our breadth away! Carcassonne was quaint and beautiful but this was even more so (more adult than kid friendly though) with trendy artist studios nestled along pedestrian only pathways, and restaurants caved out of grottos and million dollar views of the sea and hills. This was an unexpected little treasure.

Today we took a short 30 my train from nice into Monaco! We spent the day walking around admiring the beautiful cars, yachts and scenery! It was crazy I've never seen so many audis, ferraris and Bentleys in my life! Even saw a lambo and an Austin Martin! The yachts we saw were crazy worth approx 30 mill... They looked like cruise ships it was insane!! Photos to come as they are all on my camera still! We are off to Barcelona in the morning for 5 ...

... don't speak French so what a drama, got Scott our quite to help, French very uncooperative so Scott said wait till tomorrow and report it in Italy as they are easier to deal with. In our hotel, there was a sheet for some French breakfast special and it was 59 Euros. 59! That was the most expensive breakfast price I've ever seen.
