    ... that's what happens, and the result both nights was beautiful.
    Bob's words: "Dinner was fantastic. The food was incredible, but like Meg said, what was even better was the company we were surrounded with. It was helpful that we all spoke English, but it was amaizng how quickly we bonded with each other. It has been just incredible to sit and talk and eat with strangers, and to experience that kind of community."

    ... their home. Next, a bite of lunch in a nearby town and back to Montalcino for some wine tasting. This regions specialty is a Brunello, so of course we had to take a bottle back with us! That evening, back in Siena, we tried a local restaurant that Carlotta from our hotel recommended. We tried spleen pate..or at least thats what the waitress told us it was.     A yummy gelato to finish the day & then off home to get ready for dinner. 150metres down the hill from our Villa is a little restaurant opened only on Friday nights, no menu - cooked by the family.
    Doors open at 8pm but that is okay as it does not get dark until 10pm here! Off we go for the walk to II Boschetto armed with our Italian Translator! We have an amazing 5 course meal & all kids tried just ...
