... up on his way through and decided to drop in for lunch at his favourite restaurant, well very small world indeed. Lunch was a long lazy affair for us, 3 hours, how very French. Took Tess for a lovely walk along what we were guesting must have been an old railway line and back for a desperately needed mug of tea. Great day. The air was so clear and the icy water ...

Merry Christmas! Almost two weeks in at Barry and Virginias place in Foix. I like it a lot! There's a lot of times when I'm lonely and feel like I just want to go back to Sweden to mates and that, but then I start to think about it and Ito what use would it be. I'd be living with my parents, doing nothing day after day after day. I would be miserable. Here I get to do ...

... 19th century, we were able to find some graffiti from 1766!!

Accommodation that night was 20km up the mountain from Foix in a nice B&B. There was a spectacular view and dinner was supurb, Duck stew!!. The 3 bottles of red that accompanied it helped as well. Also Paul was named Deal champion of Foix.
