      On Monday, after Carl and Nancy went for a bike ride and I, a walk, we returned to Mirapoix for the Monday market, parking the lime green VW bug near the centre ville at the home of friends of Carl and Nancy.       ... we were extremely lucky in Saint Savin to get one fine day when we ventured to Gavarnie to do the circuit walk. The views were breathtaking because we were much closer to the snow capped peaks in an ampitheatre.
