Rothenburg ob der Tauber, the "Red Fort on the River Tauber" is one of Europe's most beautiful medieval towns. It has a stone wall surrounding the town that you can walk along and there are 42 towers, timbered houses, cobblestone streets and red-tiled roofs. ... and Dan get so excited when they find them and we can't help but get caught up in their enthusiasm!! They are good though)
We then had to have chocolate crepes for dessert - yummy!

After walking and enjoying the markets & town some more, we headed back to our hotel. We left the town by a different exit, so were a little lost for a while. Thanks to Meg's great navigational skills (which she clearly didn't get from her mother) we made it back safely.
