... the square and we are told there is a demonstration today! We are all a little apprehensive now and as we dropped off in front of the hotel, we actually have to walk around the police to get in. The lady at the front desk is very helpful and explains that when there is a demonstration, the area gets put into lock-down. Phone services are stopped; the shops are shut down all for security. This continues into the night as well.
