      ... the evening at a Russian restaurant which was not a memorable affair. No atmosphere to speak of in spite of a 'lively' decor including a fox pelt, a stuffed real bear, a few stuffed chooks and a huge artificial tree. I had borsch trying to pick something russian while john chose beef cutlets which ended up being beef patties. Flat beer and a 15% service charge did not help either.
