        ... arrived with what it seemed to be the injured guy´s family. It was 5 people, 4 girls and 1 guy that came out of the car. Two of the girls were screaming his name and completely freaked out. I completely understood their desperation and then one of the girls turned to me: “Please, help him!” but I didn’t know how, so in shame I had to reply to her “I don’t know how”.
