... The road down was incredibly steep and winding and we were all a little on edge throughout the descent... But James did very well indeed, and we made it down and back up again without any problems (just a few white knuckles and sharp gasps!). The port at the bottom was pretty, but we didn't stop long and headed back up to Deia. Another pretty hillside village, Deia is frequented by a few different celebrities when they want to escape... ...

... Furios with a lot of help from our GPS. Our room is great, complete with a terrace overlooking the pool and beautiful vistas. Our first dinner is in the garden at a hotel across the street. It is odd, but everyone speaks in whispers @ their table, and no one acknowledges each other. Well, at least Dave can finally hear in a restaurant!
