    ... again) and went straight across to Murano island. The glass blowing exhibition was very good. We watched in amazement as he handled this molten sand/silicon like it was nothing. The owner of the factory - Gino Mazzuccato - came in and made a large glass balloon which he promptly hit on the ground to make an enormous sound. I nearly jumped out of my skin!!     ... couple of hours if wandering, a picnic lunch and a restful time on the boat. None of us were really impressed with Torcello, the last stop as the church was under scaffolding and it cost too much to enter. Probably safe to say we were tired too!
