A day of cold and hot
... on as well as my one piece rainsuit but took the rainsuit off to go on the cableway. Big question now was do I keep it off or do I want it back on to keep the heat in???

Back to civilization

This wasn't quote a clear day, but the view was still mesmerizing. We walked down the stairs and out to a viewing area, and took in the sweeping views. No marmite, just rain
... South West of Riva del Garda (opposite direction), however the trail to Torbole is much more pedestrian friendly although it's wise to keep your eyes peeled for cyclists racing past.
It was difficult to determine where the marathon runners would be, as we were avoiding the main road where the race was taking place from Limone in the West to Malcesine in the East. By the time we reached Torbole the stragglers in the pouring rain was all we managed to catch, so ...
Otzi the Iceman
As if we havent had enough of trains, we decided to take another one to the nearby Bolzano for a day trip. However, we are now experts at using the Italian rail system, mostly thanks to the DIY electronic ticket booths. They have an English option, our saviour. They are the same all over the country, so easy once you have worked out the timetables and tickets.
