The hotel where we are stayIng is right next door to the funicular and a ferry jetty which services the series of islands on the lake. We arrived in this beautiful city at dusk so we weren't able to get the most out of it. Stayed there only for one hour and we spent that time in Parco Civico capturing the flickering lights of the city surrounded by mountains. The view from the shores of Lake Lugano was fascinating.
