I know, I know, I know. I've been slacking. But hey, I'm back. School finally started again, thank god. I was getting pretty bored and lonely that last week of vacation (I should have been writing, right?). You have to understand; I'm in the boonies. There are cows behind my building and chickens that run around the yards of the people that do live here. The majority of the town population is comprised of teenagers who still attend the school, the elderly and the retired. Most of ...

Old timbered houses from all over Alsace have been moved and rebuilt to show typical houses and occupations Eg ...

Going Solo

... It was halal food and the stews were so good. One was lamb with lentils and the other chicken with olives, potatoes and carrots. So nice. I'm glad we found this place because its convenient and great winter food for my wife.

Nothing interesting otherwise except I noticed lots of police and more cameras whilst driving. I never really noticed them before, so I think its likely I probably have a bunch of speeding fines waiting for me...oh well.

Ollie out.
