    Paul's training has kicked in. The Ironman in Copenhagen is on 23rd August. Paul went up the valley this morning (on another beautiful day). We zipped to the weekend market and then headed off to Geneva to get a new rental car. We haven't found a car to buy yet, so need to take back our rental and exchange for a smaller version.     After waking up in our new diggs today and having a nice big pot of coffee and baking our own croissants we headed out to see what damage we could do on the mountain. And damage was done.
