What a day ! We drove 90mins to Lac Aiguebelette and had a wonderful day. By chance we were able to wander into the athletes area and cruised around all their tents. Just like a Sunday picnic, except, stationery bikes, kids paddling pools and rowing boats everywhere. We tracked down the Kiwi's and quickly took a photo and moved on. We watched the activity on the athlete's screen, went and saw the boats being weighed and really felt part of the action. ...

... Dunedin Thunders, in Dunedin. Chamonix, of course, won the game. The playing was supersonic and impressive. What a wonderful day and especially great to have a meal with Hortense, Mathile, Gazague, Basil, Yolande and Anselme. Marc was back at work !
