After taking a one way street in the wrong direction we finally parked the car to visit a cathedral built in 1066. Oh what a sight. Spectacular. .. the day was cold and wet so after a quick coffee and breaky stop we strolled on to the museum to see a magnificent 68 metre tapestry made in the 11th century. It depicts the invasion in 1066 of William the conqueror. We continued on ...

... which was beautiful from here we stopped at a local cafe and had a coffee and quiche. We then went to see the famous tapestry made in the 11th century.

We then headed to Omaha beach, Mont Saint Michel and Saint Malo. Wow some beautiful country side and some ruins etc.

Omaha Beach was so peaceful and beautiful. Mont Saint Michel well what can I say one of the places I wanted to see ...
